This was my 2nd stay, they offered a double room with a garden. It was in a comfortable and perfect location within walking distance to restaurants and a theme park. There was a garden and a park nearby.

overall had great stay for a first time visit. the hotel was set in a central area very close to san zacarria waterbus stop so ideal as a base, the maze, and the main attraction walkable, reataurant, souvenir store.
TBH, the room was very small, we expected better.

Thanks for a comfortable stay on holidays. The rooms are modern, beautifully decorated, and come with a couch, a large living room and a large kitchen. The view of the lovely gardens out the back is nice!
The bathrooms are quite small.

Marvellous and lovely location when traveling to Venice. Walking distance to small supermarkets and a supermarket across the street. - Tastefully decorated room with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a large bathroom.

The location is fabulous just 7 minutes walk to St Marks Square. Whilst being very central it is far enough away from the tourists and is very peaceful. A small supermarket is just over the bridge and has everything you need. The staff are very helpful and very polite. We were given an upgrade on our booking and the 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in was very tasteful and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the double room with a view of the street, in a great location near restaurants and a theme park, and close to a garden and a park.

Close to a supermarket and other tourist locations.
You need to use a wtaer taxi to this hote'ls location if you have heavy luggage as there are at least four sets of stairs on bridges you have to carry your luggage over. Thier are short routes but they could be flodded by high tides. Our room did not contain a toaster or electric water jug and were advised that these are not standard items supplied.

Very private apartment which we like. Well equiped with all the kitchen utensils. We even managed to cook a meal since supermarket is less than 30 steps away.
The heater is not on. Could not find the control at all. We guessed it could be centralised control. Guests have different preference. For us who comes from Asia, the weather was a bit too cold for us at night eventhough it is end summer/early autumn weather. It would be nice if there is a heater in the bedroom which we can control manually.

Clean, light, modern spacious apartment in a fantastic location. Easy and attractive walk to San Marco Square. Lovely view out of the apartment windows. Offered flexibility to self cater with a good supermarket accross the canal. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it. This apartment exceeded our expectations. Perfect for a family.
One bed and bathroom is up a metal staircase, which may not be suitable for younger children.
